Abuse Prevention Plan

Here are the steps to start serving as an approved worker:

1. Review the Policies and Procedures and sign a declaration form.
2. Apply for a Vulnerable Sector Check from the police (at the expense of the Church).
3. Complete the Online Application Form and submit it to the Church Office.
4. Submit the Vulnerable Sector Check to the office once it is received.
5. Provide photographic identification.
6. Complete an interview with the Screening Team.
7. The Screening Team will contact your references. 
8. Complete comprehension quiz.
9. Complete training within 6 months of beginning to serve.
